Need help with A+ Impulse Undead team

So I have decided to go with Psycho down, Covert Down, IPA, HP and DEA as the skills I need for this formation. I have picked out the monsters with the skills selected but I've ran into a bit of a problem. Here is what I have....
Scrap Zombie (Covert Down) For sure
Brave Pharoah (Psycho Down) For Sure
Scrap Meat Zombie (IPA) Is this the best IPA out?
Hellgate Knight Bardas (DEA) Not sure if there are other DEA out there
Dragon Devour Zombie (Health Up)
Gangrene Roc (Health Up)
Skeleton Minotaur (Health Up)
For these three Health up I'm not sure if these are the only Health ups out or if there is something newer. Also I couldn't find complete stats for these three so I'm not sure which one to pick even if these were the newest with this skill. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated and if you guys/girls could give me a PC on some of these that would be great too.
