The Tlon offer is better. Not sure where his value is at as prices have dropped, but I would bet that second offer is much lower value. Demo is not going for a lot, and many A/A+ have dropped significantly in value lately. Just my opinion. I'm still a bit new myself, but have been chasing prices lately to upgrade a bit.
