Price check for proposed trade Vlad and Adan

I proposed a trade for the following:

Selling

AA Reg Vlad m(9) and AA Reg SD Adan 17 (2).

I am looking for a combo of EPs, a few cards, to include combos of Flame K+, Black Smoke Amun+, Asura+, Balrog+, Black Wings of Despair+, Lost Soul Shiver+, and/or Torrent Dyle+ (or any other AA+ with skills)

I received an offer of Flame K+m(20) DED. Is this a lowball offer, or are Vlad and Adan in their current not plussed state not worth much. Maybe I should ask:

What are Vlad(m) and Adan worth, What is Flame K+ (m) 20 worth? Mabe worth keeping them? Sell separate?

Vlad is around 35 EP maxed and Adan will be about the same due to low level. The offer is low and if trading for cards you should be getting more. Yes sell separate.
