Change in Skill stacks (4)?

Change in Skill stacks (4)?

I wasted 4 skill stacks today - no skill increase when sacrificing a skill (4).

3 of them were to a maxed level 70 a+ card

1 of them were to a level 10 a+ card

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if they've changed the skill acceptance rate. Should we be using a (5) stack now?

Theory has it during events like this the rate of percent chance of accepting the skill up goes down during skill heavy events like this. Might save and wait until after event is over and hopefully it gets better.

Strange but true. Wait til an event is about to end and ateam will return the skill sac upgrade to normal.

I heard that probability guarantees a successful outcome, who would ever think that a 10% chance would NOT give you 1 success / 10 attempts. *astonished*....*heavy sarcasm*

On monsters with skill level 11+, I actually only lvl 5 skill stacks. This has never failed me. Not sure if it's coincidence, but it's been working for me for about a year now. I'd like for this to be debunked though so that I could just use level 4 stacks, but, like you, I've had many failures, regardless of the current event. More specifically, I'm trying to level Increase Party Attack (currently level 9), and my 4 stacks are failing miserably.

1) there is almost always an event going on. 
2) i used to use (5)s exclusively until I had one fail on me. its easier to get a (4) than a (5) and just about any size stack can fail. Although I have never heard of a SS failing.
3) i have noticed that some guilds don't like having other guilds sacd to them. i dont know if this is a card issue or a guild into guild issue. usually its covert into sin not good. psych into covert not good and sin into psycho not good. Not good means the fail rate is higher. 

Usually sacing higher rarity cards into lower rarity cards works better. 
Usually saccing higher bp cards into lower bp cards works better. 
That being said I have had (4)s on 50bp AAs fail into Bs. 

what can I say other than: it's the RNG, it's the RNG.

I've noticed since the introduction of skilled b summons in PvP batrles... Making skill cards very easy to get the fail rate has increased significantly
